A primary goal of Rivers Alliance is to assist, strengthen, and foster (where absent) local and regional river and watershed groups. These groups monitor with close, thoughtful attention changes in their natural landscapes and cue into issues of regional significance quickly and astutely. We urge you to join these groups and support them in their valuable endeavors.

The aims of river conservation are best served when strong partnerships exist between local, state, and national river groups!
